  3. 33:30 225 was a hard weight to put up every time.

  4. The deadlift weight uesed was 225. Got all 5 sets of 15 without stopping. Gotta add weight next time!
    We ran 4 laps of the interior basketball gym.
    great workout.
    Time of 30:10, with small lag times due to waiting on equipment.
