  1. Great upper body workout! I was gone to the hospital all morning for baby appt. the guys waited til I got back to start the workout. TEAMWORK !!!
    used the high table in the tent for push ups. kept the L for most sets. All deadhang with no bungee cord assist.
    Time of 15:32.

  3. 17:10 It was the "L" pull-ups that got me. I did however, use the band on some of them, not all.

    We definitely need to use the band assist for the Handstand push-ups Sgt Davidson found. They would definitely be great to utilize!
