    Thrusters were mistakenly confused with push-press, not mention names *cough 1stSgt *cough.

    Great workout regardless, and since i posted late, i dont remember my time, i think 35 min... but we weren't really paying attention to it.

  3. Yes, we did push press instead of thrusters. Still kickede our ars! The GHD hurt and slowed forward progress.
    Time of 28 minutes.
