2 mile run
7 body blasters for 7 rounds
for time

1 Body Blaster= 1burpee jump straight to 1 pull-up remain hanging, execute 1 knee to elbow.

  1. The temp was cold, the run was @2.3 miles and I am SMOKED !!!
    7x7 of burping pull up crunches is no freakin joke.
    Used good form for a time of 32 minutes. I came in last but I gave everything I had.
    CROSSFIT IS THE SHIAT !!!!!!!!!

    I have never been so over heated when its cold as hell in my life!! Kick ass work out!!

    30 minute time. 2nd to last.
