Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

  1. warmed up with 135 for 15 & 225 for 10
    completed lifts of 315, 345, 365, 375, 365 x 2, 345, 345
    finished with 315 x 8
    great workout..the next day I felt muscle soreness but no back pain.
