  3. Outstanding workout... Kicked my ars !!!
    31 minutes (minor waiting)
    Used the prescribed weight of a 45lb plae on the bar. Adding in the run is what broke me down. I had not oxygen left when I got to the pull-up bars. My ugly ass kip is improving.
