25 Back extensions

  1. SSgt Ferriman and I were the only two so we just went back and forth on the exercises.
    Time of 14:32
    Then I went to the treadmill and did some run, jog, walk, jog, sprint, hill climb for 22 minutes. Need to burn off the winter layer.
