  5. Couldn't get to the gym on game day so I got it done Thursday at 0615.
    Used 95 lbs with good deep squat form.
    Time of 13:33 SLOW I know but I really stressed the deep squat. We all know that the 1stSgt hates to do deep squats.
    Great work out and I look forward to today's pain training!
