Sgt Crawford: Completed 4 rounds. "L" pullups suck,had to do a modified version. Liked doing the 400 meters on the treadmill. I set a pace and was forced to maintain that pace.

ReplyDelete3 laps on track (188 meters x3 = 564 meters)
performed 3 commplete rounds of great form on L pullups. plus 3 more laps on the track.
