Run 5 K

  1. I missed "Griff" the other day , so I did it today. Griff N roarin 20s
    880 run, 440 backward run, 20 each of box jump,pullup,air squat,kettle bell swing,burpee, wall ball ...then do it all again.
    **hardest crossfit workout I have ever done !!!
    I cannot even see straight...LOVED IT !!!
