Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

  1. CWO4 Clyne and I performed "5 x 5"
    of non stop movement ...
    clean,front squat, press to behind the head, back squat, press to front, replace bar to starting position
    5 nonstop of 75lbs, then 5 of 85 lbs, 5 of 95lbs, 5 of 105 lbs, 5 of 115 lbs
    It hurt bad but felt great !!!
