30 Muscle-ups for time

If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

  1. Performed 30 Jump muscle ups- jumping from the toes and then performing the muscle up.
    great workout...hard as hell...I am already feeling the soreness and pain...awesome!
