  2. What a painfull week. I have never flet so much "pain in the ass"

    Posted a time of 21:40 with outstanding form. However, executed jump muscle ups for the first 2 rounds and then moved to modified version(double count pull ups then dips)
    OW !!!

  4. A.K.A Sgt Rueppel. Finished the workout at 19:10. Still working the muscle ups. Utilized modified version of pull ups and dips. What a long week of leg workouts. In the recliner now and don't plan on moving for a few hours. Sh*t happens!

  5. Sgt Crawford: 17:13 - Used the scaled workout of 2 pull-ups/2 dips for every one muscle-up.
    One day I will be a bad ass chick who can do the prescribed workout...until then I will just have to settle for "easy" way out!!!
