Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups
Post time to comments.

  1. Clyne:group modified the run to 564 meters for 3 even laps on Gym track (Davidson).

    Felt good. weight used - 55 lb dumbell
    Ran on indoor track for 3 laps so distance was a bit longer than 440.
